We want to take the time to thank all of our supportive customers who have been patiently waiting for our re-opening! We are currently back to operating at our normal business days & hours. We will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 9-4pm.

Cancellation Policy
We are working hard to be as accommodating as possible to all our furry friends. We have decided that effective immediately we will be charging $10 to any family/pet that NO SHOW/NO CALLS or cancels less than 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. This of course does not apply to anyone who calls to cancel their appointment prior to 24 hours notice.
In making this rule we hope this encourages everyone to be courteous to the groomers at our shop as well as to the others waiting on our cancellation list. We greatly appreciate all our customers both of the two and four legged kind and strive for the best customer service we can provide. We love what we do and are so happy we get to share that with all our fur babies! As always, we wish all our families continued health!

Express Services
EXPRESS SERVICES
Does your pet have health issues, experience anxiety in the kennel or other behavioral issues that would prevent them from being kenneled while in our care? We offer an express service for those animals and their parents who would rather an alternative option to kenneling their pets. For an additional fee added to any Full Service Bath or Haircut we book your pets appointment so that they can be groomed straight through limiting their time visiting us. This time does vary depending on the size and breed of dog but creates an accelerated grooming experience for those pets in our care.
Small Breeds (Under 30 pounds) +$10.00
Smaller breed pets under 30 pounds an additional charge of $10 will be added to the Full Service Bath or Haircut price for the EXPRESS SERVICE.
Large Breeds (Over 30 Pounds) +$15.00
Larger breed pets Over 30 pounds an additional charge of $15 will be added to the Full Service Bath or Haircut price for the EXPRESS SERVICE.
How to book an EXPRESS SERVICE?
To book an appointment for this service you can directly reach us at 609-484-9500. Make sure at the time of booking to mention that you would like to have your appointment booked as an express service in order for us to block off the time needed to service your pet in the appropriate time frame. All Express appointments are booked at 9am Tuesday through Saturday to guarantee a swift and timely groom. This service is only available for dogs in our care.

Pet-Friendly Winter Mini Sessions
We will be hosting our Pet-Friendly Winter Mini Sessions this year on Sunday November 8th, 2020 from 10am-2pm at Shaggy Chic Boutique & Grooming. Although this is a pet friendly photo session you DO NOT need to bring any animal to book a session. Each session is 15 minutes and includes 3 digital downloadable images. We will have two winter themed backdrops including our winter themed stand.The cost of these sessions is $50 and we are asking each family to bring an item to donate to the humane society as well.
